Yahoo!Personals has a gay friendly service that is quite fun to use. They have a "personality" thing, GEARED to homosexual persons, looking for love (they have little video clips with two people of the same sex where you decide the next bit of convo...just very cool).

eHarmony (the site that toughts to have the best track record) will not match same sex couples. Period.

I think eHarmony is owned by a rather conservative Christian group. They have options for different religions, but don't exactly stretch out into anything much past the monotheistic denominations. The rest of us are all "Other" (or they were, last I checked).

Personally, I've found that Match.com has just as good a record as eHarmony. They just don't have to boast about it.
