Excuse me, but...
30 FUCKING DAYS?!
You stole my car, totaled it, threatened my life, the 911 operator AND my dead mother and you only get 30. Fucking. DAYS?!
YOU GOD DAMN MOTHER FUCKING PIG SUCKING ASSWIPE.
I hope to god you become the girlfriend of some big ass guy named 'Bubba' who doesn't know what 'lube' means.

Plus, if he steps one pinky toe near my property I have 911's number memorized (which is shockingly easy to forget in an emergancy to some people).
...then again, I also have Japan and England's emergancy number's memorized, so maybe I'm just weird.

Or anybody else, and unfortunately, with prison overcrowding, he got less time because he didn't do something worse.
It does suck, though.

C. Menacing and Harrassment are serious crimes, both of which he was charged for. No, he didn't harm me, but only by the grace of god and the fact he was too afraid of the cops showing up if he stuck around.
The ONLY reason he wasn't charaged with something more serious, or that I remain un-injured is because of that fear. He already shoved me into a wall while I was calling 911, I wouldn't want to think of what he would have done if the police hadn't been on their way.
D. Your comment comes off as rude and be-littling. I have a right to be upset that off a two year sentence he only got a month, and I have a right to rant about it in my journal. If you do not agree with said rant, your free to wonder off to another corner of the internet. But saying he only did this, not something worse, is highly rude when I feel violated enough that someone I trusted took something from me and destroyed it, before threatening my physical well-being.
Victims of crime do NOT have to be victims of a major crime to be upset. Nor should we have to keep in mind some 'grand scheme' that doesn't even fit the facts before we get angry over something.
Victims of any crime have a right to be angry and upset, especially if they have a healthy way to vent (which would be my journal, rather then him).
