Well, I just cut off ten or more inches from my hair, taking it from mid back to just barely hitting my chin. I feel...I think I'm in shock, I don't really feel anything.
It's weird, not having to braid, tie up or otherwise do something with my hair to get it out of my way. Three years of my life, trying to grow my hair out long, now litters the living room floor. Three years of dying, trimming, praying, briading, cursing and generally fighting...
It's so weird, that three years can be wrapped up in a few locks of hair.
Though it was rather amusing to go from looking like I was ten with pigtails to looking twenty-six in one night.
Edit: I broke down (not about my hair). I broke my taboo and bought a PS2, thus ending my longstanding dedication to Nintendo. And I did it all for one game:
YGO: Duelist of the Roses.
And I thought it was bad I bought a Wii just for Zelda, at least then I was exclusive only to Nintendo.
And yes, if I had had the 500$ I probably would have bought a PS3, but don't tell mum that, she already looks at me funny for paying 400$ for a Wii. She's just...not a gamer.
