I get more visitors when I post fiction then on normal days.

Fiction Posting Day: 66 unique visitors
Other days: 4 unique visitors average

I have a hit counter interserted into some of my posts. It's a black bar with numbers.

are you sure the counter is accurate? the ip id and everything - those things screw up in identifying things.

i have a friend in austin, tx that is always identified as someone in oklahoma.
