Pirates of the Carrabean (On Stranger Tides) starts filming this summer, while movies 5 and six are on hold until Depp makes up his mind.

.... there is something vaguely obscene about that. Of course, who am I to talk, I'm a good ol' Trekkie, and they've got eleven movies with a twelfth on the way.

There's talk that if Depp doesn't sign on...they'll continue without Jack Sparrow (and Will and Elizabeth since they've already been cut), I think that's where I draw the line.

Though right now, I'm just hoping the flying machine rumours are true...Pirates and Steam Punks in one movie!
