Jewlery from the Great Beyond
Jun. 9th, 2011 11:00 amAlright, so I'm going through boxes and crap of stuff that has to be mum's because I've never seen it before (and trust me, she had a lot of that)...and I keep finding jewlery.
Except...mum doesn't OWN jewlery. Diddn't wear it, didn't like it...the only pieces she knowingly had are accounted for in my jewlery box because I own and wear jewlery, thus all of her peices migrated to my belongings since I took better care of them.
So where are all these pieces coming from? I now have a cz and Glass Saphire ring (14k gold) and a turquose...leaf...ring that have mysteriously turned up in boxes. My guess? Mum was a jewel thief in the night. *nods*
...only a really crappy one as they're fakes, but still...wtf, jewels!
(and no, they aren't pieces I once owned....I don't buy ugly and this turquoise ring certainly is).
