A pale, tender hand,
Caressing, holding and loving.
A simple touch,
A need to be near.

A breath, taken, exchanged,
In and out, wrapping around us.
The rhythms change
But the act does not.

A tear, sliding slowly down
Sparkling upon pale flesh.
Wet and free it travels,
Giving sheen to what lay behind.

Words, spoken and no
Meaningless drivel
Left empty and cold
The hearts true thoughts not revealed

Love, torn and twisted
Left bear and hidden away
Residing in a touch and
In a tear.

Death, coming for one
Silent in breathing, a tiny gasp
Loud in the endless alarm beside the bed
Death, taking one we hold dear.

Fall

A small, fluttering sound
Brown, red and yellow concert
Rustling and twisting, floating and clustering
All to be swept away at the end of a day.

Smiling and glowing, faint and fluttering
Golden, stringy and ever so fun to squish
The smell of seeds roasting, tender and crunchy.
Grinning faces left outside, a welcoming image.

Browned and tender, waiting for a bite
Soft and light, a satisfying delight.
Laughter and giggle, treats and remembrance
Friendship and fun, and a match on the telly.

Smells and tasting, a treat for the senses.
Imagining and creating, an experience for the mind.
Dreaming and exploring, melting and pulling,
Laughs and dancing, weeping and romancing.

Drams of books and work
Of candy and ghosts
Of turkey and filling
Of friendship and thanks.

Fall, unbroken, un ending
Leaves blowing in the wind
Of Jack-o- lanterns and fairy tales
Things ever and again.

(For those who received an e-mail regarding this, this is the SECOND I'm Bored post, there's one more below the poems you have to read and reply to)

Since I realized it wasn't fair to have some of you just ask my characters questions, you also get to ask me some. Any question and I'll answer it. There is a limit to this, you can only ask five questions per post. And only five posts per day. :o) So ask away, anything you've ever wanted to know about me is now on the table, except my address.

*waits patiently*
