The bills are attacking me!

saitainaI just got a bill for our property taxes...
Except, I'm not SUPPOSED to get a bill for property tax. It's defered because we're disabled (er, mum's disabled so it's defered for her, when I inherit the house it's defered for me and so on until one of us aren't insane).
So...why do I have a bill?!
Ugh, I wasn't supposed to have to deal with this for another thirty for fourty years! I don't wanna grow up. I want my mommy.
