Which makes it MALE pregnancy. He identifies as a man and had a sex change, thus, male. Yes he still has his female reproductive organs, but legally he's a male.

Not to mention, this makes and intresting step in the research for men becoming pregnant. Could we then transplant female reproductive organs in a natural born male and have this same event occur? Would the natural tesosterone in a man cause issues? How much estrogen would he need to take to support the life? It's an interesting idea and granted it would take centuries, if ever to bring to frutation, but it's one step closer to equalizing the sexes as well as giving gay men and infertile couples options.
