"Your hawk is trying to chase my doves," Sisy said randomly and Saguru cursed, looking around to find Watson and said doves.

He had even forgotten what they were there for, too interested in seeing how well they could break the thief.

It was quiet on the roof of the Tokyo City Museum and Bakery (and no, we don't ask about the name, a family feud gone wrong), well...quiet, if one considered shouting and manic giggling quiet.

The first thing Saguru noticed was that his chest was moving, air flowing into the once dead cavity of his lungs. The second thing he noticed was that if fucking hurt to breath. The third thing he noticed, vaugly, was that he really, really had to pee, but that was a distant though compared to the fire in his lungs.

"War turns boys into men, and men into warriors." Midna said.
"And warriors into dead bodies," Nabooru finished. "May the Goddesses have mercy on us."

Kairi opened her mouth to comment, before yelping as a flash blinded her causing her to duck instinctively as Way to the Dawn soared over her head, pinning the shorter stranger in a dark coat to the rock wall behind him.

Cheshire laughed at this, so hard he started coughing, and clutching his lower chest as pain racked his body. "Sorry, your highness, but my heart is no where pure enough to bring the worlds back. Alice is gone."

Bakura moved at the same time the beeping started, using his own body as a shield for Atemu, shoving the former pharaoh onto the ground, covering him as bits of cement and shrapnel rained down over him. He chanced a glance to his side, the sight meeting his eyes making even the hardened thief and murder wince, a rather insane part of him wondering what the hell had hit the decorator hard enough to rip half her face off.
